Supporting the Whole Person

Ā

Not because everything you've heard is wrong.

But because there's another perspective.

One that recognises menopause as a whole-body experience—one that affects far more than hormones alone.

One that values rest as much as resilience.

Movement as much as medicine.

Curiosity alongside knowledge.

And compassion alongside science.

Meet Charlotte and Leo

Charlotte Watts and Leo Taylor are passionate about helping women experience menopause with greater understanding, compassion and confidence. Together, they combine decades of experience in nutrition, yoga, somatics and women's wellbeing, bringing complementary perspectives that reflect one of the core messages of Embodied Menopause: there is no single "right" way to move through this transition.

"After just 2 weeks of working with Taylor, I’ve made some massive shifts in my mindset and my daily routine. I’m hopeful for the new future I’m creating."

Maisy Bouchey

"This time last year, I was a frazzled mother of 2, just barely getting by. Thanks to Taylor’s courses, I’m a happier, healthier person for myself and my family."
