ABOUT
Menopause is a transition, not a problem to be fixed.
Your body is communicating, not working against you.
Every woman's journey is unique.
CHARLOTTEĀ
For more than 25 years, I've supported women through every stage of life as a nutritional therapist, yoga teacher, speaker and author. My work brings together nutrition, movement, nervous system support and embodied practices to help women build a more compassionate relationship with their changing bodies. Through both my professional work and my own menopause journey, I'm dedicated to helping women move beyond simply managing symptoms and towards deeper understanding, resilience and self-trust.
LEO (she/they)
As a yoga teacher, therapeutic massage therapist, educator and writer,Ā I am passionate about questioning conditioned social narratives and ways of being as paths to better personal and societal wellbeing. Through my classes, workshops, treatments, retreats and courses, as well as our book, I aim to offer an alternative path throughĀ menopause: not as a problem to be fixed but rather a profound spiritual and physical portal through which to journeyĀ with curiosity, confidence and compassion on the way to an empowered elderhood.
